When GCHQ intercept radio messages with TT in them, they suspect the Isle of Man is involved. But they fear far more is at stake than a sabotage attempt on the famous motorcycle races. With time of the essence, Royal Marine Commando Woolmer is parachuted onto the island and then the cat and mouse game really begins.

Two unsuspecting boys stumble into the action and when a terrorist threat against a major city is discovered, the pace quickens to a dramatic climax.
